Fashion Week Chic!

So Fashion Week is almost here and I have been playing around with some looks to see what inspires me. This time around, it's all about the platform pumps, fringes, studded attire, bags with lots of hardware, fun retro dresses, rosary's etc. With fashion, don't be afraid to mix along with match. You should always stick to a complimentary colour scheme but never be too matchy, matchy. I.e. make one item really standout from the rest! Like these earrings for example which step up the look a couple of notches!

Warm Weather Weekend Wear

How is that for alliteration? In the spirit of wishing for warmer weather here is a plush women's ensemble I put together that is ideal for that afternoon weekend Starbucks run and shopping spree. Complimentary coulors in dark and light shades add a burst of energy to the center piece, which is the dark navy skirt. I chose the center piece first, followed by the peach blazer and created my whole look from there! There is a combination of vintage and luxury pieces, just the way I like it!
